VISA REQUIREMENTS – AZERBAIJAN:
Please find the below requirements for Azerbaijan eVisa –
Clear Passport scan copy with validity of minimum 6 months.
Please note:
- Azerbaijan eVisa is based on Passport for eligible nationalities such as Indian, Pakistani, others can check with us.
- Other nationalities who are not eligible must apply for a visa from the Embassy or Consulate or Visa on arrival.
For Visa on Arrival:
Applicants must hold valid UAE residence with minimum validity of 6 months and must be staying continuously in UAE for more than 6 months on UAE residence visa.
Please note: Travelling Azerbaijan by road must carry a 3 month personal Bank Statement with sufficient funds and eVisa is mandatory.
eVisa charges: AED 150 per person
Processing time: 3-4 working days.
eVisa charges for urgent: AED 295 per person
Processing time: 1 working day
Cancellation Policy:
- Prior to 45 days or more: 30% of the holiday amount is non refundable + Full cancellation for non refundable tickets.
- 44 and 31 days of departure: 45% of the holiday cost
- 30 and 15 days of departure: 60% of the holiday cost
- 14 and 10 days of departure: 75% of the holiday cost.
- 10 days prior to departure 100% of the total amount will be deducted.

- The third person sharing the room is provided with an additional mattress or a roll away

- You are fully responsible for verifying and obtaining the documents required for your trip and visa
- Fix Departure date, no amendment and changes possible.

- Passports should be valid at least 06 months beyond the period of stay
- It is the duty of the client to check passport requirements for travel
- Missed or delayed flights can lead to changes in itinerary and will be at the client’s expense should the case arise
- Check In to the hotel is always 14:00/15:00 hours & Check Out is always 11:00/ 12:00 Hours. Early Check in and late checkout is subject to availability

Tour Plan
- Arrival at Heydar Aliyev International Airport
- Meeting & greeting at the airport.
- Transfer to the hotel and check in.
- Get freshen up and you can explore the city on your own.
- Overnight at Baku.
- Have a delicious breakfast at the hotel.
- After breakfast, we will proceed for the Baku city tour.
- During the city tour you will Visit Avenue of Martyrs, explore Highland Park, take a walking excursion through Old City, and to Baku Boulevard.
- Walking excursion through Nizami street.
- Overnight at Baku.
- Today fuel yourself up with a hearty breakfast.
- After breakfast, we will proceed for the Absheron and Gobustan tour.
- Visiting to Ateshgah - Fire Temple
- Visiting Yanardag State Historical, Cultural and Natural Reserve.
- Proceed for Gobustan tour.
- Take a taxi to Mud Volcanoes.
- Return back to your hotel.
- Overnight at Baku.
- Have a scrumptious breakfast at the hotel.
- After breakfast, you have the day at leisure to explore at your own pace.
- You can also opt for an optional shahdag day tour at an additional cost.
OPTIONAL SHAHDAG DAY TOUR:
- Once you arrive at Shahdag, head straight to the resort area. You can take a cable car ride for a panoramic view of the surrounding landscape.
- Shahdag offers a wide range of outdoor activities to enjoy. Depending on the season, you can go skiing, snowboarding, hiking, mountain biking, or simply take a leisurely walk amidst the natural beauty.
- Return back towards Baku city.
- Overnight in Baku.
*OPTIONAL SHAHDAG DAY TRIP COST - 125 AED PER PERSON (min. 02 pax)
- Have breakfast and check out from your hotel.
- Transfer to the Baku airport.

We always stay at here when in town. The location is great, staff is wonderful and we love the overall feel. Beautiful view from the here.

This is the best tour on the east coast! It was amazing how many places we visited and what great memories we made!

It is a great place to shop not too far from New York. We took the bus from Port Authority and traveled through the countryside to get there.
