5 Nights In Turkey

VISA REQUIREMENTS – TURKEY:

Following are the documents required for Turkey Visa;

1. Application forms (assistance will be given at the Visa application center with free of cost)
2. Original Passports and copy with validity of 6 months.
3. Residence Visa and copy with validity of 3 months.
4. Emirates ID copy.
5. Copies of Passport, UAE residence visa, previous Turkey, UK, USA, or Schengen visas copies, if any.
6. Two Photos (5×6 cm, recent in white background, dark color dress up, without glasses)
7. NOC letter with Salary from company in Original for employees
8. Original Bank statement for 03 months with Bank stamp with sufficient funds (updated till 5-7 days prior to appointment date).
9. NOC for Family or dependent (if applicable)
10. Marriage certificate copy (translated in English, if applicable)
11. Birth certificate copy for children (translated in English, if applicable)
12. Ticket & Hotel (we will provide for visa purpose)
13. Tenancy contract (translated in English)
14. Insurance Certificate (copy will get at the visa applicant Center)

Visa fee: AED 495 per person to be paid at the VFS by the applicant in person
VFS Appointment charges: AED 275 per person
Processing time: 10 -15 working days after appointment

Note: If applicant is holding valid US, UK, Schengen or Ireland Visa, they can apply Turkey eVisa online *(conditions apply on flight/airlines).

EVisa requirement:

• Original Passports and copy with validity of 6 months.
• Valid US, UK, Schengen or Ireland visa (must be valid at the time of travel),
• Previous Passport, if the above visa is stamped in the same.

EVisa charges: AED 270 per person (Indian)
EVisa charges: AED 375 per person (Pakistani)

(Visa charges may change for different Nationality)
Processing time: 1-2 working days

Cancellation Policy:

• Prior to 45 days or more: 30% of the holiday amount is non refundable + Full cancellation for non refundable tickets.
• 44 and 31 days of departure: 45% of the holiday cost.
• 30 and 15 days of departure: 60% of the holiday cost.
• 14 and 10 days of departure: 75% of the holiday cost.
• 10 days prior to departure 100% of the total amount will be deducted.

• Peak season surcharges may apply on some dates.
• Itinerary is subject to change / swap without any prior notice
• The third person sharing the room is provided with an additional mattress or a roll away
• There will not be any refund for any unutilized service or sightseeing
• In case of unavailability of the hotels mentioned, alternate accommodation will be arranged in a similar category of hotel.
• You are fully responsible for verifying and obtaining the documents required for your trip and visa
• Fix Departure date, no amendment and changes possible.

Notes:

• Passports should be valid at least 06 months beyond the period of stay
• It is the duty of the client to check passport requirements for travel
• Missed or delayed flights can lead to changes in itinerary and will be at the client’s expense should the case arise
• Check In to the hotel is always 14:00/15:00 hours & Check Out is always 11:00/ 12:00 Hours. Early Check in and late checkout is subject to availability
